At Katoa Connect Trust, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive in an increasingly digital world. Our Whānau Family Connect programme is about more than providing access to technology — it’s about building confidence, capability, and meaningful connection.

We create a safe and supportive learning environment, particularly for participants who may have had challenging experiences with education in the past. Learners are supported to grow their digital skills and gain a practical understanding of how technology can positively support their everyday lives.

By providing access to a reliable device and an internet connection, we remove two of the most significant barriers to digital inclusion. This holistic approach empowers whānau to engage more confidently with the digital world, access opportunities, and participate fully in their communities.

The Whānau Family Connect programme operates across multiple regions throughout Aotearoa New Zealand, with a strong commitment to expanding our reach to support even more whānau nationwide.
