Partner with us
We want to hear from you! At Katoa Connect, we partner with organisations to deliver community-based learning. Our focus is on building reciprocal relationships with community partners, funding agencies, government bodies, research institutes, and technology providers.
Our Reach Across Aotearoa New Zealand
As a leading provider of digital inclusion programmes, leadership, and research in Aotearoa New Zealand, Katoa Connect works with around 30 partners to support Māori, Pasifika, Seniors, Refugees, and those without Level 2 NCEA qualifications. Our partners, including trusts, churches, community groups, training centres, marae, and schools, help us deliver programmes to approximately 2,500 learners each year.
Opportunities for Partnership
We are always eager to connect with organisations that share our objectives, as well as potential funders, supporters, or delivery partners. If you see a community need and have an idea that can help, we’d love to discuss how we can work together.
Supporting Our Programmes
We back our programmes with proven resources and flexible processes, tailoring our approach to meet the specific needs of community groups. We offer a range of digital literacy training modules suitable for all skill levels, from complete beginners upwards. Please note that we do not provide individual-based or one-on-one computer learning.
Our Dedicated Team
Our team includes a nationwide network of coordinators, facilitators, delivery partners, sponsors, and support groups. Together, we help learners access affordable digital devices and internet connections, build their skills and confidence to engage online, and find opportunities for learning, life, and work. We ensure they understand how to stay safe and secure in the digital world.
Recognition and Success
The most rewarding recognition of our work comes from the wider adoption of our digital inclusion initiatives across New Zealand. Our programmes have been acknowledged as models in government papers and initiatives, such as the New Zealand Digital Strategy. Some have become mainstream, like the computer cabling of schools, while others, like Computers in Homes and Family Connect, have received ongoing government support.
Over the years, 20/20 Trust’s digital inclusion programmes have earned more than 20 national and international awards, reflecting our impact and success.
